How Unitly collects, uses and protects your details.

Who we are
Unitly is a WhatsApp service that gives independent real estate agents and brokers in Dubai access to developer inventory: available units, prices, payment plans, brochures, floor plans and offers.
In this policy, “we” and “us” means Unitly. We decide how your personal data is used and are responsible for it under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
What we collect
When you request early access
- Your name and WhatsApp number.
- Your brokerage and RERA Broker Registration Number, if you give them.
- Whether you mainly sell off-plan or ready property, and the areas you focus on.
- Your agreement that we may contact you on WhatsApp about your access.
When you send us an enquiry
- Your name, company, role, work email and the message you write.
When you use Unitly on WhatsApp
- Your WhatsApp number and profile name, as WhatsApp shares them with businesses you message.
- The messages you send us, the searches they contain and the files we send back.
- The date and time of each conversation.
What we do not collect
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy before we start. Please do not send us your clients’ personal details on WhatsApp; Unitly does not need them to answer your questions.
How we use it
- To confirm you are a real estate professional and to set up your access.
- To answer your questions on WhatsApp with matching units, prices, plans and files.
- To introduce you to a developer’s relationship manager, only when you ask us to.
- To reply to enquiries from developers, relationship managers and brokerages.
- To improve the service, for example by seeing which areas and unit types agents ask about most.
- To keep the service secure and to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Why we are allowed to
We use your personal data because you have agreed to it (for example, when you tick the box to be contacted on WhatsApp), because we need it to provide the service you asked for, or because the law requires it. You can withdraw your agreement at any time; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Where it is stored
Some of our service providers, including WhatsApp, may store or process data outside the UAE. When personal data leaves the UAE, we make sure it is protected in the ways UAE law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep your personal data for as long as you use Unitly or your access request is open, and for as long as the law requires after that. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Records of your conversations with Unitly, and the sheets RMs send us, are deleted automatically after 12 months. If you reply “stop”, we keep your number on file so that we never message you first again.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and send you a copy.
- Correct details that are wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your details, or stop or limit how we use them.
- Stop contacting you on WhatsApp. You can also reply “stop” at any time.
Contact us using the details below and we will reply within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the UAE authority responsible for data protection, currently the Federal Authority for Artificial Intelligence and Data.
Security
We limit who on our team can see your personal data and use encrypted connections between your browser and our website. No service is completely secure, so please tell us straight away if you think your account or data has been misused.
Changes
We will update this page when the way we handle personal data changes, and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you on WhatsApp before it takes effect.
