About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Unitly website or message Unitly on WhatsApp. By using Unitly, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
In these terms, “we” and “us” means Unitly, and “you” means the agent, broker or partner using it. How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
Who can use Unitly
Unitly is for real estate agents and brokers working in the UAE, and for developers and their relationship managers (RMs).
- We may ask for your brokerage and RERA Broker Registration Number before we give you access, and we can decline or pause an access request.
- Your access is for you. Do not share it, or let anyone else use Unitly through your WhatsApp number.
- Keep the details you give us accurate, and tell us if they change.
Where the inventory comes from
Developers and their RMs send us their inventory, usually every morning: available units, prices, payment plans, offers, brochures and floor plans. We add it to Unitly as we receive it, and unit search results show when the RM last updated them.
We do not inspect units or check figures independently. The developer is the source of every price and availability status you see.
Always confirm with the developer
Inventory changes during the day. A unit shown as available may already be reserved or sold, and a price, plan or offer may have changed since the RM last confirmed it.
Before you quote a price to a client, take a booking or accept any payment, confirm the unit and its terms directly with the developer or their RM. Information from Unitly is a guide to what is on the market, not an offer to sell. Unitly does not give investment, legal or financial advice.
Using the service
When you use Unitly, you agree to:
- Use it for your own real estate work.
- Not copy, publish or resell its inventory in bulk, or use it to build another database or service.
- Not send us your clients’ personal details. Unitly does not need them to answer your questions.
- Not try to break, overload or get around how the service works, and not pretend to be someone else.
Developer materials
Brochures, floor plans, images and price lists belong to the developers that provided them. Use them only to market and sell that developer’s units, and follow any rules the developer sets. You are responsible for getting any advertising permit the law requires before you publish a listing.
Introductions to RMs
When you ask Unitly to connect you with a developer, we send you the name and WhatsApp number of that developer’s RM so you can message them directly, and we keep a record of the introduction.
Any viewing, booking, sale or commission is between you, your client and the developer. Unitly is not a party to it and cannot promise how or when an RM will reply.
Fees
Unitly may charge agents for access. Before you pay anything, we will tell you on WhatsApp the price and the period it covers. Payments are handled by our payment provider, so Unitly never sees your card details. If you stop paying, your access ends when the period you paid for runs out.
When Unitly is unavailable
We work to keep Unitly running every day, but it depends on WhatsApp and other providers and may sometimes be slow or unavailable. We may also change, add or remove features as the service develops.
Ending your access
You can stop using Unitly at any time and ask us to delete your details, as our privacy policy explains.
We may pause or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the service or its inventory, or if a developer asks us to stop sharing its inventory with you.
Our liability
Unitly passes on information that developers give us. As far as UAE law allows, we are not responsible for:
- Any loss that comes from relying on inventory, prices, plans or offers without confirming them with the developer.
- Anything a developer or RM does or fails to do, including a sale, booking or commission.
- Any loss caused by Unitly, WhatsApp or another provider being unavailable.
If we are found responsible for a loss, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid Unitly in the 12 months before your claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that UAE law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
We will update this page when these terms change, and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you on WhatsApp before it takes effect. If you keep using Unitly after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai will settle any dispute about them.
